72 Hour Preparedness Program – Canada
The Canadian Government has launched its “Is Your Family Prepared Campaign”.
For a major emergency – like a blackout or severe storm – you need to be prepared with an emergency kit of disaster supplies for at least 72 hours while emergency workers help those in urgent need. As part of this preparedness campaign, the Canadian Government is promoting Ready Kits from St. John Ambulance.
St. John Ambulance partnered with Ready Solutions to develop custom 72 hour ready kits and ready meals to meet the Canadian Government's requirements for preparedness kits. These kits are available at various retailers throughout Canada.
